Exchange Policy

Domestic Exchange Policy (For India only):

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange it for the same value of the purchased price (this could be a different size, a different style or ‘Miripret store credit).

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange for the same value of the purchased price. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with their original tags, and in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not have a return policy, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty when it is received.

Any discounted items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

MIRI Store Credit Note:

Valid For 3 Months From Date Of Issue.

How To Return (For India Only):

To start an exchange, please contact us at contact@miri.clothing with the email used to make the purchase and your order number.

If the exchange is accepted, we will give you the destination address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange cannot be accepted.

Once we have received the exchange item(s), we will dispatch the new size or style and ship it to you.

Cost of delivery for returns / exchange sent to Miripret, cost of shipping for the product is to be borne by customer
