Thank you for shopping at MIRIPRET. Every piece is crafted with care, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we do offer size exchanges or store credits under the conditions below.
Cancellations
All Sales are Final. Any Partially Paid amount will not be refunded!
Domestic Exchange Policy (For India only):
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange it for the same value of the purchased price (this could be a different size, a different style or ‘Miripret store credit).
We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange for the same value of the purchased price. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with their original tags, and in their original packaging.
A clear reason and order ID must be shared via WhatsApp or email when requesting exchange.
MIRI Store Credit Note:
Please note that we do not have a monetary return policy – goods may be exchanged for store credit only.
Store credit is valid for 3 months and cannot be extended or reissued after expiry.
Terms & Conditions for Exchange
All items must have the original tags including “ DO NOT REMOVE” tag intact.
In case full price styles are received for exchange at a subsequent prevailing discount - the discounted price would be applicable for store credit towards any exchange
Customized pieces are made to order - non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Each order is eligible for one-time size exchange and maximum two credit note issuances.
Sale items are eligible for one time size exchange only. Sale items are not eligible for store credit
How To Return (For India Only):
To start an exchange, please contact us at contact@miri.clothing with the email used to make the purchase and your order number.
If the exchange is accepted, we will give you the destination address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange cannot be accepted.
Reverse pickups are not available for returns/exchanges
Customer must courier the product to the address given below.
Exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. (In such cases, please share images/video within 24-48 hours of delivery)
Once we have received the exchange item(s), items received will be examined by the quality check team. Items failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense.
Exchanges for size , style and store credits will be processed within 10-12 business days of receiving the returned item and passing quality check.
International Orders
We currently do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.
Customs duties and import taxes as applicable are to be paid by the customer.

We try extremely hard to ensure our all photos are as life-like as possible, but please note that the actual colour may slightly vary on different screens.
